The cross-border cooperation project “Joint Efforts for 5% Less Waste” (5% Manje) is funded through the EU Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro.
The CEDES team carried out an initial analysis of waste management practices in the municipalities of Konjic, Jablanica, and Prozor-Rama (BiH), and Žabljak, Šavnik, and Pljevlja (Montenegro), worth EUR 493,000. The main goal is to establish an integrated waste management system across the six municipalities, increasing recycling by 5% by the end of 2021.
